Don't think, just eat it

A great way to make sure you’re eating healthy is to cook for yourself... hahahaha. Oh, that’s rich. Had you going for a minute, though! A great way to avoid that while still getting the whole “healthy” part: DeliverLean, a just-launched venture that’ll bring actually delicious, pre-cooked, good-for-you meals right to your door.

Nutritionists, dieticians, and trainers all put their healthy heads together to create four customizable meal plans (traditional, Paleo, HCG, organic veggie) depending on whether you wanna lose weight, maintain it, or bulk up. Eats from whichever plan you choose get hand-delivered in an insulated cooler bag three times a week, after they’re prepared by former private-plane chefs who've mile-highed eats for Jay-Z, inspiring him to write the song “I’ve Got 99 Problems, But My Dish Ain’t One”.

Five-, six-, and seven-day plans cover breakfast, lunch, and dinner (plus two extra meals if you’re trying to bulk up/are in fact Eric "Badlands" Booke), including stuff like banana walnut seven-grain pancakes w/ lean turkey sausage, Cajun pulled pork, sweet & sour meatballs, pork tenderloin, plum sauce-coated chicken, and sweet glaze-covered meatloaf, which is still plenty healthy if you only eat it once Aday.

To keep the math Schoolhouse Rock-simple, each microwaveable dish's labeled with calories, carbs, and protein, plus what day of the week it should be devoured on, which'll have you going "oh, it's Wednesday" for a minute.
