Egg & Dart's Pop-Up Brunch

Nothing's Greek to Egg & Dart on Sundays this Summer, because Brian Aaron (Aaron's Catering International and Gourmet) will be popping up a brunch loaded with non-Medi maple/walnut candied bacon, bone marrow, King in a Blanket (wild king salmon, dill butter, puff pastry, chive whipped cheese), crispy onion-covered short ribs, and French toast Napoleon, which is presumably a short stack.
