Every third Saturday of the month, food trucks meet up at Magic Casino, which's awesome, though not nearly as awesome as this Saturday's edition, which'll celebrate Mexico's actual independence day via Independent Championship Wrestling (ICW, bayyybeeee!) lucha libre matches, mariachi bands, margs, and a burrito-eating contest. Those trucks'll also have themed menus featuring stuff like cheeseburger tacos, HipPops' "Hot Tamales" (a Mexican chocolate chipotle gelato bar), and Bocaditos' Oaxacan cheese & pumpkin mole-smothered pork sirloin.
