Surely emboldened by that prunes/fish sauce/Samoa Girl Scout cookies episode, Chopped champ Giorgio Rapicavoli created Eating House, which’s doing six months of pop-up dinners “with no boundaries” in Cafe Ponce, rotating local-artist graffiti murals (some by Rapicavoli himself), and pumping classic hip-hop like Pharcyde, Digital Underground, and A Tribe Called Quest, so just be sure to Q-Tip your server.

As there’re “no signature dishes, just signature techniques", the daily changing menu (printed on construction paper so they can easily cross stuff out if they run out/Crayola awesome 3D boxes on it) will rotate plates like bone marrow w/ BBQ salt & buttered Texas Toast, pork belly w/ maduro puree, guava, lime salt & pickled shallots, plus a 24hr short rib marinated in cola.

More stuff you need to eat: pork tenderloin drenched in a Dr. Pepper-based reduction, bourbon maple/burnt peach-covered duck, waffles w/ candied bacon & fried chicken, as well as Homestead zucchini blossoms stuffed with ricotta and lovage, which's actually a tall perennial plant, not a creative term for Jennifer Hewitt’s cleavage.

To wash it all down, they're packing red and white vinos plus a lineup of craft brews like Rogue Somer Orange Honey Ale, Dogfish Head Raison D'etre, Cigar City Guava Grove, and Terrapin Hopsecutioner, enough of which’ll put you into a Scenario where you’re Buggin’ Out.
