Lantao's slingin' a four-category menu "inspired by the street foods of Southeast Asia", which ranges from Gansig (snacks) like the "Miami"-style pork belly Banh Mi, to Bo Ling (bowls) of chicken, shrimp, and crispy shallots in a spicy coconut broth, to Zhuban (main plates) like spicy Singapore prawns drenched in a sauce made from crushed chili, so thank you, Usher, for breaking that poor girl’s heart to make this delicious meal possible.
