Bar Tanaka
Recently revamped Shelborne just birthed another restaurant baby named Bar Tanaka: a swank sushi spot packing its menu with Japanese crudo (mint/lime-infused sashimi on a Himalayan rock salt plate), plus rolls ranging from a crispy shallot inside-out job stuffed with bronzino, to tempura eel slathered w/avocado salsa called the Miami Hurricane, marking the first time any of them have been on a roll in years.
