Pearl Restaurant & Champagne Lounge
The former celeb-heavy haunt (Ed Begley, Jr totally faced Hennessy there one night) is reopening Saturday after a five-plus-year hiatus, bringing with it a swank white-/orange-lit resto/lounge, an oceanfront terrace, and its signature sunken Champagne-only bar, plus a brand spankin' new menu repping various international regions, like the Chilean sea bass with white bean-stuffed hearts of palm, and miso black cod w/ glazed beef rolls.
