Come Friday, the Brazilian-based "fast food" chain that isn't terribly fast-foody at all will be invading Midtown with its authentic beefiness, including traditional chimichurri-covered sliced picanha, maminha steaks, and stroganoff w/ shrimp & marinated filet tips, which generally go something like "marinate the filet, then cook the filet and eat it".
