Combining food and fashion in a way unseen since someone accidentally delivered full-sized sandwiches to the Balenciaga show, Michelle Bernstein's brought her casual comfort food haven Crumb on Parchment to The Webster's slick lobby, trading in the Design District's homey, couch-lined living room for a sexy lounge space equipped with black lacquered tables, silky striped banquettes, an outdoor patio, and mannequins who also won't eat this stuff.

Despite the trappings, the joint hasn't gotten too fancy for familiar deliciousness like a Croque Madame (melted Manchego, jamon Serrano, bechamel, fried egg), all-day breakfasts like the egg/cheddar/apple chicken sausage "Breakfastwich" (you may remember her as the one who made them omelets every morning on Charmed), and daily chalkboard specials like pork belly potato & cheese quiche, crab cake sandos, Philly cheesesteaks, and BBQ short rib sliders.

Then there's the bread and butter (or actually, mostly just butter): rotating signature baked goods like bacon/green onion/Gorgonzola scones, whoopie pies, Coca-Cola cake, caramel bread pudding, rocky road muffins, and peanut butter/chocolate poundcake.

There're coffees, teas, and homemade juices, but who cares, because they're utilizing a bar they've literally set up shop on to sling about every spirit in the spectrum, as well as a few brews like Peroni, Stella, Kronenbourg 1664, Guinness, and Blue Moon, also the last time a model ate anything in this place.
