After fleeing its South of Fifth digs in search of more space, The Dining Room found it in Shelborne's Vesper Brasserie. Starting tonight, it's taking over the joint's vast, tropical space for dinners only, at which it'll plate locally sourced creations like shrimp ceviche w/ citrus-tomato marinade & lime popcorn (the lemon popcorn machine was broken when they bought it... oh!), glazed pork belly, and lemon goat cheese vinaigrette-smothered lamb Milanase.
