That's precisely why the cats from the Lake Elmo Inn took 10 days to tear the place apart and put it back together with a new limestone exterior and redone dining room that includes new floors, stained glass windows spying the adjacent bar, and bigger booths than the original 1920s ones, not to mention an infrared broiler in the kitchen that'll be slinging 1881 Hereford beef steaks.
