Make a Turducken, watch a comedian roast a turkey

Because you can't spell "excellent" without the first four letters of "excess", we asked Brad Spence -- executive chef at Marc Vetri's lauded Philadelphia trattoria Amis -- to teach us exactly how to make a Turducken. Then we went and totally screwed everything up.
