Pampano Botaneria

Reworking Pampano's lower level into a "coastal Mexican tapas bar", Botaneria's colonial vibe (blue & white tiles, plenty of wrought iron…) can be enjoyed while hitting the heavily Latin wine list or 150-strong tequila menu, while Mexican small plates known as "botanas" comprise tacos w/ slow-simmered-then-fried pork, habanero & roasted pumpkin dip, and skewered filet "daggers", which will stab you in the heart with cholesterol. And also, daggers.
