An Choi Pickles

Carrying on an LES pickle tradition that hasn't brought police scrutiny, but has nonetheless dwindled in recent years, the fave neighborhood sandwich shop has opened a store next door to peddle briny, Nam-style nom-nom-noms, with traditional dills, okra, and jalapenos sitting next to kimchi'd cukes & fish sauce/chili pepper pickles.
