Converting their Frankies 17 into a bacchanal of Basque bites, the Spuntino team nabbed an up-and-coming chef with three-Michelin-star experience in Spain, and went overboard on by-the-glass vinos to cruise through while noshing pintxos of mascarpone & trout roe, quail in escabeche w/ bitter greens, and fava & spring pea razor clams, sure to disappoint Razor Ramon when he discovers they aren't ooooozing chorizzzz-mo.
