The LES got a whole lot tapas-ier with the addition of this corner spot boasting a gallery-meets-bistro vibe and plates of truffled gnocchi, lamb meatballs, and grilled skirt steak slathered in herb butter, as well as falafel stuffed into a bao and a few other twists Chubby Checker would not be into, as he had a very conservative palate.
