Opening up in the largely untouched APL space (bronzed sneakers & Shepard Fairey still in the house), the new management behind The Orch are serving up fresh cocktails like the Derby (bourbon/Demerara syrup/house bitters/orange) to fuel 'til-4a DJ sets, and have the kitchen kicking out New American eats until 3a, from prosciutto bread w/ herbed butter and aged provolone, to a burger bursting with smoked bacon, black pepper mayo, and Amish Cheddar, also what Coolio would try to collect from Weird Al if he weren't busy challenging Dean Cain to pick-up games of Rock & Jock.
