A Japan-raised, former Jewel Bako chef designed the interior (a handmade bar w/ a stained-glass inlay, dangling lights that look like wicker peapods) of this quaint sushi cubby, and is also producing its sushi, sashimi, and "Japanese tapas" like Asian pancakes w/ seafood & wild spinach, and a Berkshire pork filet w/ "gobo chips", which are actually made from burdock root, so don't think you're going to be getting that precious gobo figure you've been striving for!
