Because doing the inverse would just leave them with crusty old men instead of crustaceans, the team behind The Claw has imported their vibe from the Hamptons and their lobster from Maine, resulting in a sliver of a lobster shack decked in beachy white & pink hues, and featuring a single service window from whence comes lobster claw mac & cheese, crab beignets, a Frangelico-sauced scallop roll, and buttery lobster rolls done regular (w/ mayo & chives) and Surf & Turf-style, which adds on double-smoked bacon lardons.
