Hu Kitchen A place where gourmand cavemen would go on romantic dates

Short for Human Kitchen, Hu's not a Donner Party theme restaurant, but instead a cave-meets-modernized-treehouse using "pre-industrial" ingredients to create rotisserie chicken coated in coconut sugar, a "Mashbar" with stuff like cashew cream & strawberry mix-ins, and a regular bar that strictly slings organic brews and ciders including Eel River Blonde and Wolaver's IPA.
