La Churreria

Bringing his love of delicious fried dough with him from Valladolid, the Spanish chef behind this new sliver of a cafe's slinging sticks of the stuff w/ dipping sauces like Spicy Aztec Chocolate, and even stuffing them with fillings (e.g., a "succulent hazelnut spread") to create Churro Rellenos. He's also doing up non-fried sandwiches, from a breakfast roll filled with chorizo, egg, and Manchego, to a traditional roast beef/caramelized onions/Romesco baguette called the Dali Bikini, because showing some skin goes a long way towards ensuring The Persistence of Memory.
