Born into the Joseph Leonard/Jeffrey's Grocery/Fedora fam, Gabe Stulman's Perla shares its siblings' lived-in farmhouse vibe (tufted banquettes, distressed mirrors, etc.), but differentiates itself with Italian fare from the former Manzo chef, whose meat-forward dishes include beef tongue w/ cannellini beans & broccoli rabe, lobster w/ caviar & leek vinaigrette, and pancetta-wrapped rabbit that'll feel right at home being shoved down your hole.
