Shooting off from the mothership wine store next door, Maslow's rusticized room has more "distressed wood" than you watching a shirtless Kilmer in Top Gun, and -- in addition to facilitating vino exploration -- will pour "vintage" & craft beers heavy on cheese-friendly saisons, and plate eats including lamb meatballs in buttery puff pastry, Romesco-sauced pork cheeks, and a twist on chicken & waffles made with crispy fried livers.
