Built "on the tradition of the classic cocktail and modern European Cuisine", Barrio's cozily narrow space features a wood-burning mosaic oven, a glowing, white brick-backed bar, and a communal marble table to enhance the revelry caused by their signature Barrio Especial passion fruit daiquiri (made w/ lemongrass- and vanilla-infused Barbados rum), and noshes of marble-charred Portuguese octopus, coal-fired hanger steaks, and a "Cheese Trilogy" (so, what, George Lucas went back and put Jar Jar Binks in episodes IV-VI?).
