Perry St Jean-George's spot gets new cocktails

Keeping up with the "rebirth" of the neighborhood, and inspired by the bitter Alsatian liquor Suze (only imported Stateside as of this year), Jean-Georges' ultra-West Siiiiiide fave is undergoing a cocktail overhaul, with clean, Euro-leaning tipples including a mix of Amer Picon and Kronenbourg sweetened w/ house-infused lemon simple syrup, and a Sazerac twisted up with clear, un-aged rye and Miracle Mile bitters, which Billy Joel became when he realized he was no longer Rock & Roll to anyone.
