Parish Hall Local flavors from the Egg team

The team behind brunch fave Egg just launched Parish Hall's dinner service, which strips the farm-to-table movement of various European & Southern influences in order to deliver truly local flavors. The result: salt-aged duck w/ beet sauce, coffee-rubbed pork w/ cabbage, apple & sunchokes, and the "Underground Salad", which was so much cooler before it was just mentioned in a super popular and awesome e-publication.
