Dressed up with graffiti and a sake bottle chandelier, Dassara's stated goal is to develop what NY-style ramen looks like via experimental offerings (e.g., noodles w/ matzoh balls & Mile End smoked meat) in addition to classic styles like white clam mazemen, which's luckily almost-brothless ramen, and not any of the gross Muppet goblins from Labyrinth.
