American Table Cafe and Bar Lobster rolls by Marcus Samuelsson

Taking over food duties in Lincoln Center's Alice Tully Hall, Marcus Samuelsson's new cafe/bar is doing American eats with occasional international hits, including country ham biscuits, a lobster roll w/ crispy shallots, scallop sausage curry w/ water chestnuts & charred scallions, and an Ethiopian taco called Taco Doro Wat, although you'll have to go to ascertain exactly wat Ethiopians put in their tacos.
