Dine like people good at cooking do

Giving you a chance to do what your favorite chefs do without frosting your tips or buying a Camaro, Chefs Feed is the latest food-addict website/iPhone app to take Philly by storm, specifically chronicling the favorite dishes of Philly's top kitchen-keepers’ own favorite dishes from restos that aren’t their own.

To get down to gorging, just select your desired city (hint: go with "Philly"), and it'll bring up a list of local chefs, their five favorite dishes from around town, and confidence-inspiring credentials like awards won, TV appearances, and pictures of how fat they are.

The kind of stuff you can expect: Marc Vetri praising the Village Whiskey’s burger as being “no-nonsense”, Baruzzo’s Marcie Turney recommending exactly what to pop into the namesake soup at Pho 75, and Ladder 15’s David Ansill saying “[they] are the essence of the sea, providing a surprising explosion of flavor in such a small package” of Amis’s swordfish meatballs, a movie that nobody went to because they didn't want to see Harold Ramis's boobs when he put down the magazine.

Because screw planning ahead, if you're out and about you also can use the "Feed Me Now" function, which'll employ GPS to tell you which recommended dishes are nearest, be it a diner, drive-in, or dive. Oh God...
