If there's one thing you should definitely do with a coal mine rescue truck it's rescue coal miners turn it into a food truck (!!). To wit: Local 215, launching tonight at the Mt. Airy Night Market.

Butchering local whole hogs head-to-tail, 215'll offer piggy goodness including crispy polenta triangles topped in brined & braised pork belly with hoisin-Sriracha sauce, seasonal veggies, and torched cheese, or what Marlo would've eventually done to Method Man if Slim Charles hadn't shot him in the face. Like Betty Draper between Seasons 5 and 6, the menu will expand (!) to include tasty jawns like a roasted pork shoulder sando w/ apple-cabbage slaw, an authentic Cuban with smoked ham, and parsley & cheese-stuffed sausage.

Oh, and dessert's in there too, with an apple cider sugar-rolled pretzel, which you canary afford to miss.
