Noble's Three Course Focus (now closed)
Noble's seasonal menu just got a spring update (available as a $45 prix fixe, or a la carte) with starters including a chilled green sorrel soup with blood orange sorbet; seconds like a Marvesta shrimp dish and cobia loin in Korean BBQ sauce; and mains including Amish chicken with sunchoke, although technically, you have to make the playoffs to do that.
