Honest Tom's Taco Shop
After realizing that food trucks don't get as much traffic in winter, Honest Tom revealed to everyone that he'd never seen the movie Usual Suspects, even though he had that poster in his dorm room opened a storefront cranking out its famous pork/ chicken/ rice & bean/ sweet potato tacos along with wrapped-up "burrito" renditions from an interior packed with counter seating and a not-quite-ready upstairs nook for table service.
