Not just what Lou Williams demands Hawes does before every Sixers game, Spencer ETA Burger is also a new, late-night, bun-patty-bun joint located at Drexel, and serving nine, available-'til-1a burgs with scale-tipping topping combos that could very well see your weight going up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, B, A, select, start. But mostly just up. Here's a peek at the most meat-y goodness:
Tomahto Daddy: Highlighted by a panko/cornmeal/herb-crusted tomato, this brioche-hugged mouth-waterer also accompanies a beef patty w/ bacon, American cheese, and "Big Mac" sauce -- so expect it to get you juiced like McGwire.
Rob's Island Home: Stocked with more Canadian bacon than a John-Candy-tributing video rental store, this ground turkey number's also hit with melted pepper jack, fried plantain, pineapple/red onion/red pepper/black bean salsa, and a Creole dijonnaise.
Wakey Wakey: This breakfast-appropriate jawn loads a green onion/sour cream biscuit bun with an Angus patty plus grilled sausage, two eggs over easy, and onion/caramelized maple/shallot jam, which Spencer Hawes'll have no problem throwing down... his gullet.
