Fish's New Digs
For an extended hotel residence that isn't the result of getting caught banging your Tae-Bo instructor, check Fish's new digs at The Independent, which sport a sparse-but-swank look thanks to contempo banquettes and bare bulbs, as well as a spot held for a soon-to-arrive shellfish tank. The expanded rendition of their old menu goes heavier on bar offerings like chilled portions of lobster, plus land mains including a Wagyu rib eye with mushroom hash, or what Mario keeps including on all those "itsa-mee!!!" tweets.
