The Industry

From the folks behind Rittenhouse beer bar Good Dog, The Industry's a beer + food (!) + cocktails (!!) bar opening today in Pennsport with a rustic, cabin-y interior (lattice ceilings, mixed timber beam walls...), 12 locals on tap, and dinner-time plates of veal neck gravy & bone marrow. But you gotta go for brunch: "hangover cures" count the Stomachectomy (mountain of stacked scrapple, bacon, fried egg & pancakes), plus brunch-tails like a ginger beer-equipped Screwdriver dubbed the Wakey Wakey, though, ironically, too many of them'll make you Sleepy Sleepy.
