From the same dude behind Cochon BYOB comes Blue Belly BBQ, a tiny temple of protein set up a block away in the old Little Fish digs, now outfitted with framed meat diagrams, 17 seats (12 at tables, five at the counter), and a blarge (big + large) smoker. Eats'll include everything from sausage trios to Berkshire pork belly to a rack of beef short ribs, plus delicious sandos like the pulled pork w/ pork rind and mustard dip, or what the Colonel enjoys in the dugout during ball games (after he kills someone).
