Two Italian seafood vets and a catering pro have teamed up for C&S, which's starting mornings with manual-drip La Colombe and inventive breakfasts like corn flake-crusted French toast and Philly-made fennel sausage frittatas. Come lunchtime, chow down on upscale South Philly faves like filet mignon pizza steak and white cheddar & goat cheese grilled on peasant bread, which’s hilarious... because they don’t have any!! Silly starving peasants.
