Not content to coyly offer one of the city's best burgers only on Fri & Sat from 10p-midnight, Bar Avignon is now grilling up a different specialty burg each month, with the inaugural beefcake being a Cuban-inspired monster w/ Painted Hills beef, house-smoked pork tenderloin, pickled jalapenos, gruyere, and yellow mustard, or what you call the Colonel when he's too scared to whack that whiny broad Scarlett with the lead pipe in the Conservatory.
