Just opened in the heart of wine country, Paulée is French boxer Rockée's robot-loving bro-in-law an ambitious Dundee restaurant by a master chef and a baller sommelier who, together, up the farm-to-table ante by growing most of their veggies and berries on their on-location farm, which aid five-course dinners running the gamut from raw appetizers to locally sourced meat like veal'chetta, and bountiful seafood.
