Riffle's Cocktail Redux

Not content to innovate only with its chainsaw-ice program, NW seafood hotspot Riffle just put a bunch of new cocktails on its beer taps, including the mezcal/amaretto Luini's Gift, the fruity cognac-based Roman Punch, and the Remember The Maine, which you almost certainly won't thanks to a combination of bourbon, absinthe, and subpar schooling at institutions that don't even have strippers in them.
