Obstinate beer-pairer Wildwood is bringing in Hair of the Dog to bolster a dinner with super-limited beers named after people who were possibly characters in Guess Who? The lineup: country pâté pigs in a blanket, and pan-roasted duck mated to brews like 12% Bourbon Fred, and the light-drinking Michael, named after Michael Jackson... the late English beer writer, duh!
