Lo and Marc Anthony (too soon!), every Wednesday the exec chef at La Valencia is coming up with a different $15 pairing, including options like a roasted poblano-infused, fried-egg-topped 1/2lb Angus burger paired with Lost Abbey's Red Barn Ale, or today's special, which features an aged cheddar/ crispy red onion patty (on a black pepper Parmesan brioche bun) washed down by Ballast Point's Big Eye IPA.
