Beer and Burger Wednesdays

Because burgers and beer go much better together than J. Lo and Marc Anthony (too soon!), every Wednesday the exec chef at La Valencia is coming up with a different $15 pairing, including options like a roasted poblano-infused, fried-egg-topped 1/2lb Angus burger paired with Lost Abbey's Red Barn Ale, or today's special, which features an aged cheddar/ crispy red onion patty (on a black pepper Parmesan brioche bun) washed down by Ballast Point's Big Eye IPA.
