Sausagefests aren't usually very awesome or titillating, but this one might change that, considering it features 12 of SD's meat maestros (The Linkery, Whisknladle, Urban Solace, etc.) competing to win Best in Town by submitting their favorite cased meat recipes for you to mow. On top of that, there'll be liters of beer, including San Marcos brewery Lost Abbey's new German lager "The Road to Helles", which'll likely pave the way for bad intentions.
