The Mighty Moulard Menu at Cowboy Star

In order to combat the collective sadness overtaking people in Rancho with helicopter landing pads chefs when SB 1520 bans foie gras production in California on July 1st, Cowboy Star's releasing a special Duck Prix Fixe Menu featuring three courses of the food Donald Duck voted "least likely to make me hungry", including foie gras served with huckleberries & toasted brioche, and a confit w/ frisee, preserved blood orange rinds, duck egg & a foie "crouton".
