There once was a Hillcrest resto called Taco Banh that opened for a week, before closing for several more weeks, completely changing concepts, and re-opening as Urban Eats -- a decidedly non-Asian taco-slinging "local eatery... offering classics & twists on traditional dishes" like a pulled pork sandwich w/ cider slaw & crispy onion rings, "uptown" meatloaf w/ tomato compote, smashed potatoes and wild mushroom au jus, and a low slow pork w/ creamy polenta, crispy bacon & a honey mustard glaze. The End?
