Blacked Out Blackout Dinner
Inspired by the legendary SoCal blackout that caused like hundreds of people to tell really bad ghost stories made traffic horrible, the impromptu geniuses of Sea Rocket are holding a candlelight-cooked/ -enjoyed three-courser consisting of spicy shrimp with fermented black bean puree and jalapeno jam, “Black Cod en Jamon” with black risotto and grilled eggplant/ okra, and dark chocolate and blackberry bread pudding with tarragon Chantilly, all washed down by several pints of Big Black Bear Stout.
