Patrick Henry said "give me liberty or give me death", but the people behind Issara Thai are merely saying "our name means liberty, but we don't want to die, we just want to serve you delicious Thai cuisine". And they're doing it via specialties like Thai-style ribs in a garlic and pepper sauce, and golden fried frog legs with spicy chili and crispy basil, alongside a damn decent selection of local craft drafts.
