From a couple of recently transplanted Seattleites with serious seafood chops (Pike Place Market, London's FishWorks) and incredibly profound naming skills, OBST will be patrolling the non-waters to dole out “simple and healthy” fare like Orange Ginger Halibut hoagies, and "truck-smoked" Alaskan Sockeye Salmon Chowder.
