Not just what Tom Selleck puts in the "Skills" section of his resume, Tango & Stache is also a newly launched pop-up/culinary experience from a former Michael Mina/Bar Bambino/Gary Danko chef who's making his normally private-event-only Southern-flaired eats available to you for the first time ever, tonight at The Hideout in Dalva.

Timed with The Hideout's Summer cocktail menu launch (try The Altered State, a mezcal version of the Negroni), T&S's debut public eats'll be just $8 (amazing considering the Danko credentials) and include Coke-&-chipotle-braised pulled pork sammies on Sour Flour bread with a side of "White Boy Slaw", which's spicy/likely good at making three-pointers.

And while this's a one-off thing, you can expect to see T&S popping up in other locales quite soon, including late night Sundays next month at Asiento, where -- based on this pop-up's name -- the portions'll likely be Magnum.
