If you like eating chicharron-dusted pork belly confit... at a giant skylighted communal... across from a mural of a scantily clad female, then you have very specific taste, and will love this new spot Marbella on Polk. They've also got other Spanish eats (grass-fed lamb meatballs in saffron lemon broth) and culinary-driven 'tails like the Carmen Amaya (rye, Amontillado sherry, basil, Cointreau) and the vodka, Aleppo, lime, ginger beer Spaniard, which Commodus'll probably take a stab at.
